Welcome to Fitzroy Town Hall Hotel! Fresh new life has been pumped into this classic public house by chef Sean Donovan and his team. A series of cosy and intimate beautifully curated spaces offering a wide range of drinking and dining experiences have been created. The venue offers four distinct areas, a traditional yet stylish public bar complete with vintage tiling, wood panelling and a snug offering premium craft beverages and casual dining spaces. The bistro dining room has a hunting lodge feel with rich tartans, textured wallpaper and ambient lighting alongside a juxtaposing light, green and lush conservatory feel dining area.

Exclusive private dining is offered in the old wine cellar and is perfect for a range of special occasions from intimate wedding parties to corporate events. The upstairs level has been restored to its former glory to offer a flexible and accommodating space. This gorgeous area will cater to dining, functions, bar and lounge areas and access to the balcony which overlooks Johnson Street.

Our menu focuses on seasonal, fresh, artisan ingredients with a European flavour. Premium beef and seafood, smokey wood bbq and rotisserie echo Donovan’s rustic and generous yet finessed style of cooking. Ultimately our goal is to recreate the ambiance of the quintessential corner pub that offers excellent food with Donovan’s well-known generosity in portions and flavour.

Blue Tongue Wine Bar is the newest addition to the Elwood dining and bar landscape.

The Menu is meat-driven thanks to a custom-built charcoal grill. Steaks, from eye fillet to chateaubriand, are the star of the show, and there's a short selection of house-made pasta – think ravioli filled with snapper and prawns in tomato and chilli oil.

Meat Market South Wharf is a Restaurant / Bar and Event Space in Melbourne's newest dining precinct, South Wharf. Pure South Dining is a modern, special occasion restaurant in Southbank with iconic views down on the Yarra river with a stunning Melbourne CBD backdrop. The cuisine draws inspiration from farmers, fishermen and artisan producers of King Island, Flinders Island & Tasmania.

We visit the pristine Tasmanian ‘pure south’ regularly to continue to improve the dining that we offer you. The solid relationships that we have built with farmers and fishermen over 13 years ensure the quality of the produce that we deliver to the table for our guests.

King Island Beef, St Helens oysters, Bass Strait scallops, seafood and quality dairy products are delivered weekly by small planes from Tasmania and the islands.

We offer you a restaurant dining experience for groups at Pure South Dining for your special occasion. We have earned a reputation for impressing groups over the past 13 years and we have spaces designed to accommodate large tables comfortably in private or semi-private areas with stunning views.

We have flexible menus and pricing to offer and we are keen to ensure that your whole dining experience suits your occasion. Our reservations team will create the right menu and drink list with you. We can accommodate groups nicely for 12, 20, 30, 40, 50 or more. We also offer exclusive use of one whole level for cocktail events up to 300 guests or even the whole restaurant for 400+

We are in the Southgate building over two levels. Our more casual all-day eatery and bar opens on to the Boardwalk at River Level, and our more sophisticated Dining Room is Upstairs at Mid-level with lift and escalator access. The dining room hangs over the boardwalk and guests enjoy magical views down on the river and the city skyline. The space is newly renovated and simply stunning.

Our Bistro is the ideal location to enjoy delicious food created by Head Chef Paul Tyas. This open plan space is suitable when looking for an intimate environment which remains part of the action. Facing out to Brighton Road, the large windows allow natural light to flood the room.

Floor to ceiling windows, retro light fixtures, exposed brick walls and an open fireplace make this room a stunning background. Enjoy the privacy of your own setting with the option of moving to the main bar later in the day or evening.

For a semi-private area surrounded by floor to ceiling wine displays, the Cocktail Bar is perfect. It is appropriate for casual gatherings, afternoon and evening drinks and after work networking or casual dining.

Number 10 on the first floor is our premium private event space catering up to 150 guests. With a modern décor, two separate lounges and your own private bar, all you need to do is select your catering and we’ll take care of the rest.

With the convenience of a drive through space, Grosvenor Grocery & Bottle Shop offers more than 150 hand selected products, from essentials to ready-to-heat meals, along with Grosvenor Hotel's very own aged grass fed beef.
